We help vacationers to put their hands on good information about top-notch rental properties and private homes. That is it. We expect you to relax, enjoy the beach and have lots of fun. We figure lots of pesky rules and terms won't help you to do that. We appreciate it when you have an honorable and decent attitude about yourself, also. You don't make trouble and we won't. This is the simplest way for anyone to do business. Hopefully we can avoid chargebacks, angry phone calls, and attorney fees. We just like sharing what's good. We will make broad numbers available for purposes of telling our investors and business partners the shape of our business... It's in everyone's best interest that we give them an accurate picture of what happens around here. We will never ask you for your password or any account info. If anyone calls or sends you email, and says they're from our service, and they ask you for a login or password... RUN AWAY. This safeguard should apply to anyplace where you have accounts on the internet. Login only at the official website. Know the domain names and URLs (addresses) for each place where you conduct business. This prevents identity theft and other crimes.
