Minimum stay is 2 nights for ordinary dates; 4 nights minimum if any holiday is included in your selection. Also, please be aware that many properties have a one-week minimum, extending from Saturday PM to Saturday AM, or from Sunday PM to Sunday AM. CANCELLATION: If you cancel your reservation less than 15 days prior to your arrival date there will be no refund. If you cancel at least 15 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total contract plus booking fee and tax. There are no refunds due to hurricane or flooding, severe weather, early departure, or personal emergencies. CHANGES: Changes to a different unit or in the dates of use may be made at the discretion of stay-spot.com and may result in additional fees if stay-spot.com is unable to recover certain losses caused by such changes.
